Our flock
Takes the best attributes of the Wiltipoles and Dorpers to ensure a calm well adjusted sheep, who thrive on the mixed terrain of our farm. With the recent addition of an award winning registered Dorper ram, Horatio, we look forward to the next generation of lambs.
Both Dorpers and Wiltipolls are easy care, self shedding sheep, they don't require crutching or shearing. The ewes are seasonal breeders, are good mothers, we aim for a single lambing season in July/August. Lambs are available from 9 mths, weight dependant.
Our lamb is proceeded and hung for a minimum of 7 days, allowing the meat to remain tender and succulent. We only process small lots at a time, to reduce transportation stress.
Delivery
Free local delivery to the Meander Valley region (postcode 7304), for deliveries between Devonport and Launceston there will be an additional $10 delivery charge. We are still sourcing logistical support for wider distribution, please contact us directly if you are from outside the Devonport - Launceston delivery areas.
